vectorgraphics.asia converts bitmap / raster images to vector art. Depending on complexity of the image, we charge.  Any client/ member/customer  placing order, for vectorizing image deemed to observe & agree following terms and Conditions

The Client of vectorgraphics.asia shall observe following responsibilities :

 The client should give response to our email communication in a reasonable & timely manner

 It will be the clients responsibility of filling up the  order form with clear specifications.

 Co-ordination with the other parties for any decision making other than vectorgraphics.asia shall be the responsibility of the client.

Client should send  clear image for vector conversion for better output file in required format .

 Client should be specific about expected turnaround time and specifications.

 Proof reading with due care is expected from the client. Once the final proof is approved but some errors remained, such as, by way of example, not limitation, typographic errors or wrong spellings, remain in the finished product; the client shall bear the cost of correcting such errors.

 After approval of final proof, client need to make payment immediately. The order will not be processed unless payment is made. In case of rush orders, quick actions/response from the client will expediate the process.

vectorgraphics.asia is not responsible for delayed delivery of proof or vector file due to electrical power outages or internet service provider interruptions.

 All deliverables shall be deemed complete once the Client has signed off the work or indicated satisfaction either verbally, in writing, via e-mail, post or other methods. If The Client fails to communicate with vectorgraphics.asia for a period of more than 15 days without explanation, the project shall be deemed satisfactory and complete.
