What is a Vector image ?
Images can be of two types, raster images (also known as bitmap images) and vector images. Raster based or pixel based file formats (.GIF, .BMP, .JPG) are made up of pixels. VECTOR images on the other hand are comprised of lines (wireframe) that represent the objects.
Why to do it manually without using the automated software?
Vector conversion can be done either with the use of automated software or by manually tracing the raster image. If you use manual method of vector conversion , you can have following benefits :

You can send the raster images in pixel formats like jpg. or bitmap formats.
How do you send your image?
Just email to us the best quality version of your artwork that you have. Obviously the clearer it is for us to see, then the better job we can make of the final image. Please send as a JPG or BMP or GIF file.

Do I need to pay for any corrections if any?
Small corrections as a result of misunderstanding about specifications are done free of charge. Subsequent alterations after initial order and design enhancement will be charged according to the work involved in it.
Can I enlarge or reduce the vector art?
Yes, vector images are scalable. They can be enlarged or reduced to any size without losing the quality of the image.
Will you keep my final vector image stored?
Your final vector artwork will be stored for a period of 90 days after your order is completed. We will not use your artwork for any purpose and strictly kept confidential.
Do I have to send you the font used in my artwork?
Preferably sending us your preferred font will expediate the vector conversion process as well as reduce the cost. When we have the correct font that is used in your logo/ image, we can replace the PIXEL based version. If you are unable to send the correct font, our artist will virtually re-draw the font which will be time consuming process. This will increase the cost of production significantly.
What if I don't know what font is used in my artwork?
We will trace the font by hand and that will increase production time and cost significantly.
What if my expectations from the job are not fulfilled?
Please make sure you have specified exactly what you expect from the final vector output. Our team will make more effort to do the needful.
